Key Responsibilities
- Manage credit facility administration activities, including drawdowns, repayments, rollovers, compliance filings, interest and fee calculations, maturity tracking, and loan covenant monitoring.
- Support the preparation of audit, compliance, and regulatory schedules in accordance with credit facility and loan agreement requirements.
- Perform daily reconciliation of incoming and outgoing wire transactions, ensuring proper validation and authentication of payment origins in compliance with OFAC, sanctions, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
- Administer bank account operations, including account openings and closures, ACH debit filter setup and maintenance, signatory updates, and fulfillment of KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory guidelines, and banking compliance standards while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, financial institutions, and external auditors to support operational and compliance-related activities.
- Monitor and resolve transactional discrepancies, ensuring timely escalation and follow-up when required.
- Maintain data integrity and provide reporting support related to treasury, loan administration, and banking operations.
