Job Overview & Responsibilities
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This position partners closely with leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, reporting and insights that drive performance and long-term growth. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial analyses in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.
Hybrid: Onsite Tuesday-Thursday/ Remote Monday & Friday

Essential Functions
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long-range planning
- Prepare and deliver timely, accurate monthly financial analyses for management that provide insights into the company’s performance
- Analyze financial and KPI performance versus budget and forecast and identify key drivers and trends
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations and other teams to ensure data integrity and consistency in financial reporting
- Assist with preparation of materials for management, board meetings and investors as needed
- Improve and streamline financial processes, reporting tools and forecasting methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Pay Range
Required Skills & Abilities
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Index, Match, Sumproduct and Indirect functions as well as Power Query and relational databases)
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), SQL, NetSuite, or related financial systems
- Highly motivated and ability to work independently
- Healthcare experience preferred but not a requirement
Required Credentials
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or Accounting degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of work experience (investment banking, private equity, corporate finance preferred)
