Join our Center of Excellence (COE) team in Germany and kick-start your career through an international graduate program designed to prepare you for a future role in field application engineering or account management.
During the program, you will build strong technical and commercial skills through training, hands-on experience, and international exposure.

- •Participate in structured training programs to support your development
On-the-job Experience
- •Gain expertise in Tektronix, Keithley, and Elektroautomatik products and solutions
- •Support customers in solving pre- and post-sales technical challenges
Coaching & Development
- •Learn from experienced engineers during customer visits
- •Benefit from a dedicated mentor throughout the program
- •Develop into a Account Manager (m/f/d) within 12-24 months
