Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, identifying root causes of disruptions, and ensuring seamless operation of critical applications. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of software components.
- Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
- Continuously monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Good To Have Skills: Contact Center Technology Capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interdependencies.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
