Role Purpose 职位目标：

Build Haleon oral category expertise image to HCPs.  Leverage HCPs’education and recommendation power to provide proper daily oral health solution to patients with Sensivity/Gum/Denture symptom for their confortable and better life. 

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 工作职责:

Category Detailing:

• Fully understand global expert marketing strategy and key programs, develop China business fit expert marketing strategy and operation plan with good alignment with category team.
• Work closely with internal functions (brand marketing, DDT, medical affairs etc.) to lead annual medical education content development cross all touchpoints.
• Expert marketing A&P management
• Drive innovative digital detailing model to drive better coverage and detailing efficiency.
• Dental detailing activities support including Hospital meetings, Exhibitions, Dentists in stores, Hospital Visibility enhancement, Dental school programs, denture factory cooperation. Set successful criterias, and monitor effectiveness.
• Support brand team to build end to end new product launch/brand campaign plan.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and external partners, drive strong engagement with top experts/KOLs in related category.

Commercial:

• Dental detailing team demand fcst and promotion support.

• More than 10 year pharmaceutical marketing experience cross multi-category in MNC.
• Hold the characters of business acumen, strategic thinking, strong growth mindset and innovative thinking.
• Excellent team leader and be able to work under matrix.
• Strong communication skill to influence category team and make good alignment.
• Innovation/agility of expert model upon market and policy, be brave to change.
• Good connection of top KOL to create strong expert impact
• Strong accountability, build team spirit and be honest.
