Essential Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret drawings and specifications to prepare layouts, select materials, and plan work activities
  • Construct, install, and dismantle traditional and engineered concrete forming systems such as DOKA and traditional
  • Measure, mark, cut, and assemble materials accurately according to project requirements
  • Plan work sequences and methods to complete tasks efficiently and avoid costly errors or rework
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it is level, square, plumb, and built to specifications
  • Maintain Ledcor’s high standards for safety, quality, and productivity
  • Complete assigned work safely, efficiently, and within project timelines

Qualifications

  • Journeyperson Carpenter ticket from a recognized provincial training authority
  • Apprentice Carpenter registered with a recognized provincial training authority
  • Minimum 4 years of carpentry experience for non-ticketed Journeyperson Carpenters
  • Experience with concrete forming and engineered forming systems
  • Must be able to provide government-issued photo identification
  • Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol testing
  • CSTS-09, CSTS-2020 or CSO ticket
  • Successfully complete all required project online orientations

Work Conditions

  • Project is located near Logan Lake BC
  • Work schedule: 14 days on, 7 days off
  • Day shift and night shift opportunities
  • Extended health benefits provided through CLAC
  • Weekly payment of wages
  • Travel allowance and LOA provided for those eligible

Compensation

$30.84 - $51.40 per hour

This is the applicable wage range for this position. Individuals will be assigned a base wage within this range based on trade certification and/or apprenticeship level, industry experience, and work location.

Remote, site-based positions may be eligible for additional incentives including but not limited to travel and accommodation allowances.
