We are looking for a Business Innovation Manager on the EMEA Business Innovation team with a strong background in fintech/financial services partnerships to lead strategic programs in the patient financing and related areas – starting in the UK and with potential expansion into northern Europe. This exciting role will identify and drive financing solutions based on best practices within and outside of our industry.

We are looking for a Business Innovation Manager on the EMEA Business Innovation team with a strong background in fintech/financial services partnerships to lead strategic programs in the patient financing and related areas – starting in the UK and with potential expansion into northern Europe. This exciting role will identify and drive financing solutions based on best practices within and outside of our industry.
The role will be responsible for developing strategic customer insights, collaborating with appropriate partners, driving execution and scaling pilot and general rollouts, thus enabling the programs to achieve their full potential in terms of business impact.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing effective Point of Sale and customer financing strategies across various industries and be an excellent influencer and change catalyst. Broader transformation and innovation programs’ management experience as well as international experience will be a plus. Qualified candidates will need to be naturally curious, have a strong analytical background and excellent time management skills.
Role expectations
- Establish and execute commercialization plans related to customer financing solutions in collaboration with cross-functional team members in the UK and across Europe. Ensure programs are designed, established and optimized to deliver value for our customers.
- Develop commercialization materials to enable successful implementation and turning over of the process or system to internal and external customers.
- Provide analysis of and insights into the effectiveness of strategic programs. In the event of distribution or outside partnership agreements, work with Finance to provide timely analysis and reporting requirements.
- Communicate regularly with program teams, peers, management and executives to set expectations and remain in alignment with key stakeholders and the broader organization on the status of programs under management.
- Manage all relevant third-party point-of-sale financing contracting and vendor relationships.
- Lead future business innovation projects in other areas of highest business impact.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
- 6-10 years of experience, including 5+ years of business development, finance, sales, relationship management or consulting experience with a heavy emphasis in retail point-of-sale financing
- Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience contracting with and managing third-party vendors
- Customer orientation with a passion for delivering results and ability to inspire the same in the broader team
- Recognition as a strategic thought leader; ability to make sound strategic decisions, inspire and motivate others through conviction, vision and ability to formulate and articulate direction
- Strong understanding of cross-functional business areas such as sales, marketing, service, product development, finance, operations functions
- Process orientation and ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, dynamic organization with the ability to juggle multiple projects and drive them to successful value delivery
