ACCIONA, through its Culture business unit, is looking to recruit a Business Development Specialist for seeking global opportunities and developing business in new markets.

Mission:

To execute global business development by proactively identifying and securing high-value cultural and experiential projects, cultivating strategic stakeholder relationships, and applying rigorous market and risk analysis to expand the company's backlog in strict alignment with corporate viability criteria

Functions:

• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue high-value global cultural and experiential projects
• Market Expansion: Spearhead the entry into new regional markets to diversify the company's global footprint and drive regional positioning initiatives
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders,institutions, and partners
• Market Intelligence: Anticipate global tenders, monitor industry trends, and track earlystage opportunities
• Proposal Leadership: Lead RFQ/RFP preparations, continuously gathering client intelligence to ensure the proposal strictly aligns with their expectations, and deliver highimpact presentations
• Risk Analysis: Evaluate project viability and holistic macro-environmental risks to ensure alignment with corporate Go/No-Go criterio
• Commercial Strategy: Drive pre-tender business strategies, go-to-market plans, and secure key joint ventures or partnerships
• Brand Representation: Actively represent the company to boost visibility at industry events and conferences
• CRM Management: Track the complete lead-to-opportunity lifecycle maintaining absolute data integrity within Salesforce

• Education & Background: Technical background highly preferred to ensure proper project understanding and viability evaluation
• Experience: 10+ years of BD in cultural or experiential sectors
• Track Record: Proven success securing large-scale institutional projects
• Procurement: Deep expertise in complex RFPs and cultural markets
• Analytical Skills: Strong capacity to evaluate project viability and country-specific risks
• Communication: Outstanding skills for persuasive proposals and presentations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft persuasive proposals and deliver compelling presentations
• Collaboration: Experience with multidisciplinary teams and willingness to travel
• AI Proficiency: Ability to leverage AI tools for market intelligence and proposal optimization
• Proactive Attitude: Positive, dynamic, and proactive approach, acting as a relationship builder who translates concepts into impactful business initiatives
• Passion for arts and culture, with a strong awareness of the cultural landscape and its key players
• Ability and willingness to travel nationally as needed to support business development efforts
