Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs.
- Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders.
- Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and completion updates.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
- Follow up with customers throughout the repair process.
- Explain completed repairs and maintenance recommendations at vehicle pickup.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Assist with loaner vehicles, shuttle arrangements, and customer accommodations when needed.
