Mission Overview:
The Product Owner role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to every engagement.Responsibilities:
- Represent stakeholders and the voice of customers, capturing expectations, preferences, and aversions according to Scrum methodology.
- Express and prioritize product needs using a Product Backlog.
- Ensure the Development Team’s understanding of the product and consistency of each Sprint.
- Define objectives and deliverables for specific credit initiatives.
- Lead ideation and refinement processes to shape business solutions and translate them into effective, step-by-step deliveries (product increments).
- Prioritize features based on business challenges, technical constraints, and user feedback.
- Manage stakeholder expectations (business, risk, legal) to ensure solutions meet operational and regulatory needs.
- Maintain and prioritize the initiative backlog (features & user stories) in collaboration with business and technical teams.
- Define clear features with measurable acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (refinement sessions, sprint planning, sprint reviews) alongside the Scrum Master, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure regulatory and legal requirements are integrated from the design phase.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management to validate regulatory impacts of new features.
- Document decisions and processes to support audits and traceability.
- Measure initiative impact using key metrics (processing time, error rates, user satisfaction).
- Identify optimization opportunities (e.g., automating manual tasks).
- Propose incremental improvements based on field feedback and data insights.
- Train and support end-users (advisors, credit analysts) on new features.
- Communicate progress to stakeholders (newsletters, demos, progress reports).
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including other Product Owners, Release Manager, IT Architects, Legal & Compliance, Risk, Global Security, etc.
- Act as a change agent to evolve squad practices.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent based on demonstrable experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with customer journey concepts.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for developers and engage in technical discussions.
- Capacity to integrate technical constraints when interacting with stakeholders.
- Proven maturity in leading a team alongside a Scrum Master and managing stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of credit products and processes.
- Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view) and strategic thinking.
- Analytical mind and conceptual thinking.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Fluent in Dutch and French; sound knowledge of English as well as at least one local language.
