Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Farnham - Immediate Start
Are you a passionate and committed Learning Support Assistant looking to make a genuine difference to young people's lives?
We are recruiting for a full-time LSA to join a welcoming specialist school in Farnham that supports students aged 11-17 with social, emotional and mental health needs. The school is known for its nurturing approach, small class sizes, strong staff-student relationships and commitment to helping young people rebuild confidence, re-engage with education and achieve positive outcomes.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team in a setting where wellbeing, personal development and individual progress are at the heart of everything they do.
The role:
- Full-time position
- £95 per day
- Immediate start available
- Supporting students both in and out of the classroom
- Helping young people access learning and develop positive relationships
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training
- Previous experience working with children or young people
- A patient, resilient and positive approach
- Ability to build rapport and act as a positive role model
