This role is responsible for supporting the Technology COO organization through workforce planning, business management, governance, and strategic execution activities. The role will assume key responsibilities transitioning from existing team members while providing opportunities for continued growth and expanded leadership as the Technology COO organization evolves and adapts to changing business priorities.
What you’ll do in the role:
- Partner with Technology leadership, CAOs, Finance, and Business Management teams to support strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational initiatives.
- Develop and deliver executive reporting, analytics, and insights to support data-driven decision making.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvement, governance, and execution of key Technology COO programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and special projects, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and successful delivery of business objectives.
- Support organizational transformation efforts, including workforce strategy, location planning, and emerging Technology COO priorities.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor information for executive audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from planning through execution.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, financial management, governance, or business management disciplines.
- Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to take on evolving responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $210,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
