Primary Objective

Spectrio is looking for an Associate Project Manager to support the planning ,coordination, and execution of high-impact initiatives across the organization. This entry-level role will work closely with senior leadership to bridge strategic vision and operational execution; ensuring projects deliver within scope, timelines, and quality standards.

The Associate Project Manager position offers high visibility and a clear growth path. This role will start by managing sub-projects and work streams within enterprise initiatives under direct mentorship, progressing toward end-to-end ownership of independent projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Support & Execution: Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities for a variety of strategic initiatives
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with departments such as Sales, Product, Operations, and Support to track to track project milestones and remove delivery blockers
• Meeting Facilitation: Lead regular stand-ups, status reviews, and planning sessions to maintain team momentum and clarity
• Project Documentation & Governance: Create and manage project documentation, including status reports and updates for stakeholders and ELT sponsors
• Workstream Management: Maintain project health metrics and identify and communicate potential issues or delays impacting the project
• Resource Tracking: Support resource allocation planning and monitor project capacity across workstreams
• Continuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives and post-mortem evaluations to capture key lessons learned for future initiatives

Requirements

• 1-3  years project management, project coordination, or related support role
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field required
• Experience with MS Office / Google Suite
• Strong organizational,  time management, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), introductory Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM I), or other Project Management certifications preferred
