About this role

Gain hands-on experience in Talent & Learning at a global technology company, developing skills in learning operations, stakeholder management, project coordination, HR systems, and data-driven decision-making while working alongside experienced People professionals.

As a Talent & Learning Delivery Intern at Just Eat Takeaway.com (JET), you’ll sit at the heart of our People team, helping design, coordinate, and scale learning experiences for thousands of colleagues globally. From organizing interactive workshops to maintaining our digital Learning Management System (LMS) and analyzing program feedback, you’ll get end-to-end exposure to how a global tech leader builds culture and capability.

Location: Amsterdam, 3 days a week in office

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Learning Logistics & Coordination: Schedule global training sessions, send calendar invites, set up virtual/onsite event rooms, and manage speaker schedules.
• LMS Administration: Upload new e-learning modules, maintain user groups, track completion rates, and troubleshoot access issues for employees.
• Content Creation & Support: Help design engaging learning materials, presentation decks, toolkits, and promotional communications for global internal launches.
• Data & Impact Analytics: Gather feedback via post-training surveys, compile engagement dashboards, and extract insights to continuously improve learning offerings.
• Participant Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding training schedules, enrollment, and professional development resources.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with People Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and external vendor partners to ensure smooth program execution.

What will you bring to the team?

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or MS Office; experience with Workday, LMS tools, is a bonus.
• Organization Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills; ability to communicate clearly across diverse teams and seniorities.
• Mindset: Proactive, curious, customer-centric, and eager to learn about modern HR and L&D practices.
