Job Summary
1.In charge of managing utility systems and carrying out general maintenance duties as delegated.2.Responsible for documenting machine reports and executing tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Job Description:
1.Responsible for maintaining utility system equipment and conducting machinery repairs in production processes such as Batch Plant, Furnace, IS Machine, and LEHR. 2.Responsible for maintaining the air, water, NG gas, oil, and fire suppression systems to ensure they remain fully operational at all times. 3.Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance in support of production processes such as Batch Plant, Furnace, IS Machine, and LEHR. 4.Responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery in assigned areas to ensure continuous operational readiness. 5.Responsible for implementing activities related to ISO standards, GHPs/HACCP, and other associated management systems. 6.Responsible for identifying unsafe environmental conditions and behaviors within the factory, implementing corrective measures, and reporting safety and environmental activities to supervisors. 7.Responsible for implementing and maintaining activities under the 5S workplace organization system.Qualification:
