Job Summary

Supervise, guide, and train maintenance personnel in the general maintenance department to ensure compliance with the maintenance plans for utility systems and factory repair tasks, enabling continuous operation of the glass bottle production line.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for planning and overseeing maintenance activities for utility systems and general equipment, ensuring alignment with the scheduled maintenance plan. 2. Ensure sufficient spare parts are prepared for the machinery under responsibility to prevent any disruption to the production process. 3. Prepare the annual budget, control departmental expenses, and manage the issuance of spare parts. 4. Carry out activities related to various systems including ISO standards, GHPs, HACCP, 5S, and KAIZEN. 5. Conduct safety and environmental inspections, identify and address unsafe conditions and behaviors within the facility, take corrective actions, and report findings to management. 6. Serve as the responsible person for wastewater treatment systems, natural gas usage control, and factory air treatment systems to ensure compliance with legal and environmental regulations. 7. Perform other related duties as assigned
