This role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders. The Project Manager will identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, support decision-making processes, coordinate project reviews and governance gates, and provide leadership in driving program execution.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in construction, infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, industrial, technology, or large capital project environments and demonstrates the ability to manage complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and contractors. Travel may be required to support key project milestones, stakeholder meetings, and program execution activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated project management professional to contribute to high-profile programs while working within a collaborative and globally connected delivery environment.
Role accountabilities:
- Lead and coordinate multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives.
- Establish and maintain program governance, documentation, reporting, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement processes.
- Develop, monitor, and track program schedules, critical milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall project performance.
- Facilitate procurement activities, vendor engagement, proposal evaluations, and contractor onboarding processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and operational stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and change requests while implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain program-level budget oversight and support financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting activities.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, decision support materials, status reports, and management updates.
- Support construction execution through schedule reviews, progress monitoring, issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, and project controls oversight.
- Lead project closeout activities, including punch list tracking, commissioning coordination, lessons learned, and financial closeout reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of project or program management experience supporting complex capital projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases.
- Experience overseeing project schedules, budgets, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of project controls, procurement processes, contract administration, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools including Microsoft Office Suite and common scheduling platforms.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
