General Worker

Completion of a variety of basic and/or manual tasks required in the processing and packaging of products within specified parameters and in accordance with the MECP framework and standards and Standard Operating Procedures

Operations

• Ensure that conveyers are moving and no squashed bread.
• Place bread not removed onto conveyors evenly.
• Weigh Bread and completed check sheet.
• Check bread temperature and complete check sheet.
• Remove substandard quality product.
• Perform any reasonable work -related duty as requested by the Supervisor.
• Always keep work area in a good hygienic standard.
• Follow the function specific SOP as defined for your workstation
• Completion of relevant operational documents

Safety & Quality Standards

• Adhere to the Food safety policy.
• Report nonconformance where required.
• Always ensure quality control and quality assurance

Workplace Improvement

• Active participation in internal forums e.g. INVOCOMS, Training interventions, Employee engagement sessions.
