Engineering and Technology Graduate Program
Duration: 24 months

Position summary:
During your two years on our Engineering and Technology Graduate program, you’ll gain invaluable insight into the breadth of our work and discover where you’d like to take your career with us.
You’ll join our Engineering, Technology and Safety organization (known as ETS), which supports all our different divisions. You’ll complete rotational placements, gathering experience across the engineering lifecycle and building capabilities such as mechanical systems, manufacturing, software and digital, electrical, materials and development. These rotations could be within our central Engineering, Technology and Safety teams or within our Civil Aerospace, Defence or Power Systems divisions. We want to give you a breadth of experience across Rolls-Royce to build your network, enable you to grow and help you find the best fit in our organization.
What you’ll be doing:
Working on exciting and varied projects – across Engineering capabilities and programs
Using data, technology and AI to improve processes
You’ll develop through a mix of digital learning, on-the-job training and opportunities that bring your ideas to life in meaningful ways
Completing rotations that support a “design, make and verify” challenge set by business stakeholders and experiencing the full engineering life cycle from design through to manufacturing
Gaining hands-on, practical experience
Benefiting from the support of a dedicated career coach, who will help you create a personalized development plan and guide you towards achieving your full potential
Accessing opportunities to work towards professional qualifications and continuous learning
Who we’re looking for:
Working towards a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Material Science, Software Engineering and or related degree and graduation date December 2026 or May 2027
A strong passion for the future of technology
Ability to work flexibly which could include travel between Rolls-Royce sites and other locations as required
Being open-minded, curious and agile in your approach to work and career development

Minimum GPA: 3.0
Work authorization eligibility: To be considered, you must also be a U.S. Citizen.
