Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around steering the evolution of testing practices into a seamless, continuous quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that elevate control, precision, and data integrity. Your role involves fostering innovative testing strategies that leverage automation and intelligent solutions to predict and address quality challenges proactively, ensuring the delivery of robust and reliable software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in test automation across projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members in developing their skills and understanding of automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with overall project goals and timelines.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve the automation testing landscape.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts for various testing types including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing processes.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies to integrate testing seamlessly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
