Job Description
The CSR will be responsible for customer service. sales order management. inventory management, import/export operations. and trade compliance.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong work ethic, sincerity. and sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in MS-Office Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Knowledge of SAP systems
- Collaborate with other team members and departments
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Provide guidance and support to customers
Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree (2-3 year college) or Bachelor's degree (4-year university).
- At least 5 years if relevant work experience
- Good command of English for communication and meetings with HQ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- SAP experience is preferred
