Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role, you will design recruitment strategies, analyze performance data, and elevate talent attraction initiatives that matter. You will be empowered to own programs end-to-end—partnering with internal teams and external agencies—so your ideas travel quickly from concept to execution and make a visible difference for candidates, hiring teams, and, ultimately, patients.
Accountabilities:
- Recruitment: Develop and implement targeted recruitment marketing, ensuring all candidate communications reflect the employer brand and corporate messaging.
- Channel Optimization: Manage and analyze referrals, job boards, social networks, and events; provide data-driven recommendations to strengthen attraction, engagement, and conversion.
- Feedback Intelligence: Facilitate candidate and employee feedback analysis; translate insights into process improvements that support business objectives.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Build trusted relationships across Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and the global recruitment community; collaborate to deliver effective campaigns and materials.
- Program Leadership: Oversee and coordinate priority programs, including the Talent Intelligence Platform Launch; support university relations and career fair participation to build future pipelines.
- Data and Insights: Source and synthesize recruitment and organizational data; identify trends and performance opportunities; present actionable recommendations to HR Leadership.
- Reporting and Analytics: Produce and maintain regular reports on recruitment effectiveness, workforce analytics, and survey outcomes to inform senior leaders and drive continuous improvement.
- Brand and Governance: Safeguard brand consistency and candidate experience across all touchpoints; set standards and guide adoption through practical toolkits and playbooks.
- Continuous Improvement: Test, learn, and iterate to reduce time-to-fill and raise quality of hire; scale what works across teams and markets.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Talent Acquisition Experience within Multinational Companies
- Relationship-building and influencing skills
- Planning, organization, and attention to detail
- Proficient in spoken and written English, as well as IT skills, including Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases, and reports, having the ability to generate significant management data.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Holds post graduate masters, diploma or international certification in the field of HR
- Pharmaceutical Industry Experience is a plus
- Knowledge of recruitment systems and ATS tools
- Understanding of labor market trends and hiring challenges
- Data analysis and recruitment reporting
- Knowledge of hiring policies and compliance requirements
