Job Description:
About the Role:
We are seeking a Sr Analyst, Order to Cash- Credit to support internal TreeHouse stakeholders and the Order to Cash (OTC) team as a subject matter expert for complex processes related to Credit Management and Collection Management. This role uses advanced data analysis to identify issues, assess risk, determine root cause, and lead discussions with internal and external customers to resolve business problems. The Senior Analyst is responsible for completing customer credit reviews and establishing lines of credit, evaluating customer risk in relation to credit line usage and order release, managing complex customer account activity to support timely payment, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and completing month-end related tasks. This individual serves as a key resource for escalations, process improvement, reporting, and departmental initiatives while providing guidance and support to achieve key departmental performance indicators.
You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
- Lead customer credit reviews to establish appropriate lines of credit and perform ongoing risk assessments for complex customer accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of higher complexity customer accounts, including collections activities, escalated account issues, and customer-specific risk mitigation and resolution.
- Perform advanced Order to Cash (OTC) activities requiring analysis, policy interpretation, compliance with delegation of authority requirements, and independent decision-making, including account reconciliations, payment term updates, master data maintenance, reserve analysis, reclassifications, credit limit reviews, blocked order management, and root cause analysis.
- Partner with Financial Analysts and cross-functional stakeholders to develop reporting, analyze customer and portfolio performance, track KPIs, identify trends, assess risk, and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
- Lead discussions with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve complex business issues, mitigate risk, improve customer account management, and prevent recurrence of issues.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to OTC team members regarding policies, procedures, escalations, and complex customer or process-related issues.
- Support acquisitions, divestitures, and integration-related OTC activities, including analysis, process alignment, transition support, and issue resolution.
- Complete and review monthly and quarterly close activities, reporting, reconciliations, reserve analysis, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of departmental requirements.
- Support audit, compliance, and internal control activities by preparing analyses, gathering documentation, explaining account activity, and assisting with testing and review requests.
- Identify process gaps, recurring issues, customer trends, and opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, accuracy, cash flow, and overall OTC performance.
- Lead or support projects, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives that support departmental goals and business objectives.
- Ensure desktop procedures and training documentation are maintained, updated timely, and aligned with current processes, controls, and operational requirements.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers through professional, proactive, and timely communication.
- Adhere to company policies, delegation of authority requirements, internal controls, and compliance standards governing financial transactions and customer accounts.

- This is a full-time, hybrid role based in De Pere, WI operating on first shift.
- The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $78,700 – 118,100 annually. This is the lowest to highest pay we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award or bonus.
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working within an order to cash function, such as accounts receivable, credit, collections, deductions, or customer account management.
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred.
- Flexibility to navigate in a cross functional work environment.
- Demonstrate strong financial analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to interpret data to support business decisions.
- Ability to think creatively, solve complex problems, apply sound judgement, and independently recommend appropriate actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence, present information clearly, and effectively interact with all levels of the company.
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience, including Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Demonstrated ability to support process improvements, manage competing priorities, and provide guidance to peers or less experienced team members.
- SAP experience required; experience with reporting tools or data visualization tools preferred.
