Essential Function
Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for candidate sourcing, screening and eventually closing candidates for his/her respective client(s). This role will also demonstrate the ability to research various industries and geographic locations using a variety of methods.

Key Accountabilities
Champion Talent Acquisition process excellence in candidate sourcing, candidate conversation and interaction, accurately managing candidates through PAREXEL Talent Acquisition system (PEGA and BrassRing), and demonstrate professional candidate selection/assessment skills during the process.
Demonstrate the ability to define and understand job requirements and translate these requirements into selection criteria.
Complete and document all necessary documentation along the process to fulfill internal control requirement.
Understand client-specific acumen.
Understand general labor market trend and competitor hiring information.

Good verbal and written communication skills
Solid sourcing and candidate relationship building skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated time management and personal organization skills with good priority setting
The ability to use diverse software in the identification/ contacting of potential candidates.
Comfortable with cold-call prospecting, networking, marketing, sourcing and recruiting.

Education
Bachelor’s degree and/or above with Human Resources related majors.
Language Skills
At least fluent in English (verbal and written)

At least 2 years in Talent Acquisition (in-house recruitment, employment agencies, social media representatives, etc.) related experience
