Raytheon is seeking an experienced Program Operations Manager with a proven track record of driving capital investment, capacity growth, and operational performance to support the Patriot GEM-T Product Line. This role will provide strategic leadership for factory capacity expansion, capital investment, and Make/Buy/Where decisions to enable production ramp and meet current and long-term program requirements.
What You Will Do:
Develop and execute the external test equipment strategy, aligning supplier capabilities, capacity, investment requirements, and readiness with current and future production demand.
Lead make/buy/where strategies and assessments, balancing cost, capacity, capability, supply chain risk, and strategic sourcing considerations to optimize the supply base and ensure long-term production readiness.
Lead Critical Rate Items (CRIs) focused on improving first-pass yield, partnering with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and suppliers to identify and eliminate process drivers while integrating improvement initiatives into the technology roadmap.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve cost and schedule performance, identifying Risks and Opportunities, and driving corrective actions to achieve program and business commitments.
Participate in CORE projects to enhance Operations & Supply Chain performance and continuous improvement.
Use critical thinking skills to propose sound and innovative business solutions to increase operational efficiencies to ensure business area and program success.
Influence team decisions and outcomes by providing strategic direction, leveraging cross-functional partnerships, and aligning stakeholders to achieve business and program objectives.
Manage multiple conflicting priorities by balancing business requirements, program commitments, resource constraints, and emerging risks to drive timely and effective decisions.
Lead execution in coordination with the Missile GEM-T Product Line to expand supply base capacity in alignment with Long Range Planning (LRP), drive cost reduction initiatives, and reduce overall cycle time to improve production readiness and program performance.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
Defense or Aerospace experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Manufacturing role.
Experience with budget management, proposals, and/or finance.
ERP/MRP experience such as SAP or equivalent system.

Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office software applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel including Pivot Tables).
Excellent reporting/communication skills.
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management, primarily EACs, and its processes, and tools.
Experience leading or participating in cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
