SUMMARY OF DUTIES
The Business Support Specialist supports executive leadership team EMEA by combining high level administrative support with strong project support capabilities. This temporary (9 months - onsite). The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, can translate data into actionable insights, and ensures smooth day to day operations for the executive team.Key Responsibilities
Operational & Project Support
- Collect and organise data from various sources (spreadsheets, forms, internal systems) to support basic analysis and reporting needs
- Prepare weekly/monthly summary reports and presentations for management, using Excel and PowerPoint
- Assist in planning and executing strategic projects by preparing project plans.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Improve internal processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing data‑driven solutions.
- Coordinate cross‑departmental initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support the planning and coordination of company events or meetings
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team/office, including diary management, correspondence, and scheduling meetings
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements in cooperation with travel team EMEA.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and communication streams.
- Support meeting preparation: agendas, minutes, follow‑ups, and action tracking.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, redirecting as appropriate
