Role: Program Manager Location : Bangalore Type : Fulltime
About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to drive high-priority business initiatives across the organization. This is a generalist role suited for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working across functions, and taking ownership from problem statement to execution.
You will work closely with business and functional teams to identify opportunities, structure problems, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure initiatives translate into measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do
-
Own and drive cross-functional programs end-to-end, from problem identification to execution and closure.
-
Work with business leaders and functional teams to structure problems, identify solutions, and drive implementation.
-
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
-
Define program goals, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
-
Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolution.
-
Analyse data and business metrics to generate insights and support decision-making.
-
Build and improve processes, frameworks, and operating mechanisms.
-
Work across different functions and take on strategic and operational initiatives based on business priorities.
-
Prepare regular updates on program progress, key risks, and outcomes for senior stakeholders.
-
Take end-to-end ownership of outcomes, not just project timelines.
What We're Looking For
-
2–4 years of experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
-
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
-
Strong bias towards execution and ownership.
-
Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
-
Ability to independently structure unstructured problems and drive them towards solutions.
-
Comfortable working across functions and managing multiple stakeholders.
-
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
-
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; data analysis experience is a plus.
Who Would Be a Good Fit?
Someone who is curious, hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. You should enjoy figuring things out from scratch, working with different teams, and taking an initiative from 0→1 through execution.
