Job Description
We are looking for an ASP.NET MVC developer that will be able to develop and support existing and new applications. The main scope of work will include everything from back-end to client-side code, using optimal and efficient technologies, frameworks, and design patterns. Your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop these applications. Therefore, you must be skilled at problem-solving, solution design, and high-quality coding.
Responsibilities
\- Delivering high-quality web and windows applications.
\- Integrating with UI/UX designers.
\- Ensuring a required level of performance.
\- Writing test-backed server-side code.
\- Analyzing requirements and designing new functionality.
\- Supporting and fixing existing functionality.
\- Selecting and using the most appropriate and efficient technologies for a particular application.
\- Designing and building application layers.
\- Should be an individual contributor and good team player with mentoring mindset.
Skills
\- Proficiency in C#, javascript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, bootstrap, and web API.
\- Experience using .NET 4.0+, .NET Core 3.1+.
\- At least 7 years of experience in developing solutions, building and cutover systems.
\- Experience in developing ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core MVC applications.
\- Senior knowledge of Entity Framework 6.0+, EF Core, NHibernate, ADO.NET and LINQ.
\- Proficient knowledge in MSSQL, MySQL, and other RDBMS.
\- Database design including indexes and data integrity.
\- Implementing enterprise application patterns.
\- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
\- Familiarity in using source version controls like git, SVN tortoise, etc.
\- Ability to understand and develop encryption and decryption codes in both server side and client side.
\- Familiarity with reporting services like SSRS, SSIS is an added advantage.
\- Familiarity with the client-side framework Angular, React or other is an added advantage.
\- Familiarity with Azure Web Apps, AWS Cloud, Jenkins (CI/CD), Agile methodologies is an added advantage.
