As the KAM EC, APAC, you will be assigned with not more than 20 global end customers (GEC) in APAC, align with global GEC account owners in AMER/EMEA, set strategies, manage our long-term relationships, and drive incremental revenue in APAC
You will be involved in solutions sales and the development of accounts, including presentations, and proposals to decision makers and site management.
You will build a team around the end customer and coordinate all resources and communication between sales, technical and marketing, in APAC as well as AMER/EMEA. Ensuring that end customer documentation is managed and maintained.
You will spend meaningful time engaging with the end customer and build new and existing relationships to create trust, share product knowledge and be solutions focused
This is a regional role that requires both regional and international travel. Occasional night calls are required.
Key responsibilities where you will add value and a difference include:
- Manage assigned global end customers in APAC, own customer relationship and account for revenue growth
- Align with global GEC account owners, create APAC strategies together with regions, share strategies and performance on key GEC
- Work with APAC regions to develop management level relationship with assigned GEC
- Maintain and create new long-term partnerships
- Set annual targets on each account and continuously follow up on set KPI’s
- Prepare reports for new and key focused accounts
- Create account plans for assigned accounts in Salesforce.
Qualification and Experience
- University Degree with at least 10 years’ sales experience with Multi-Nationals in High Tech industry preferred.
- Good understanding and strong experience in account management and development
- Experience in dealing with senior executive, able to influence
- Experience from the IT, video analytics or physical security field in the sector preferred
- Ability to build networks and work through others
- Result oriented with good integrity
- Capable to plan and execute strategy

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage across cultures and organization levels
- Driven and self-motivated team player
- Able to travel in APAC and international, and to attend night calls when necessary
- Microsoft Office skill
