Position Summary You will lead large, complex enterprise transformation programmes across functions and countries. You will shape strategy, drive delivery and work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead design and delivery of enterprise transformation programmes across functions and India and global geographies. - Build and manage business cases, budgets, timelines, risks and benefit tracking to deliver measurable outcomes. - Engage and align senior sponsors and stakeholders; maintain governance and clear escalation routes. - Coach and lead a team of transformation professionals and support skill building across the organisation. - Apply digital, data and agile approaches to accelerate change and embed scalable solutions. - Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans and decisions, tracking value and adapting as needed. Why You? This role is based in India and is hybrid, with regular in-office collaboration and flexibility for remote work as agreed with your manager. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. - 10 to 15 years’ experience leading large transformation programmes in industry or consulting. - Proven experience in programme delivery: planning, budgeting, risk and benefits tracking. - Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Practical knowledge of digital transformation, data and modern delivery approaches. - Clear communicator who can simplify complexity and influence without formal authority. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - MBA or advanced degree from a recognised institution. - Experience in life sciences, healthcare or regulated industries. - Track record of adopting AI, automation or advanced analytics at scale. - Experience building transformation capability and mentoring teams. - Formal training or certification in change management or programme management. - Comfortable working in global, matrixed organisations and across cultures.
