The Senior Manager of Security oversees corporate security investigations and intelligence programs, leading complex research and analysis using various automated systems to gather relevant data. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to conduct diverse, complex, and sensitive investigations into critical issues affecting the company. The Senior Manager of Security is also responsible for delivering written and oral presentations of investigative results, which support and inform risk management decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Leadership: Manage and ensure the effective execution of key security programs and related personnel, including Crisis and Incident Management, Intelligence Collection, Workplace Investigations, Physical Security, Threat Assessments, and Access Control.
- Anticipation: Identify emerging security risks and operational needs, recommending and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to protect people, assets, and operations.
- Briefings: Prepare and deliver clear, actionable briefings on security-related matters to business leaders and stakeholders, representing Corporate Security as needed.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage security projects and initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
- Collaboration: Partner with law enforcement agencies and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve security incidents, including accidents, theft, workplace misconduct, and other reported concerns.
- Investigations: Lead and conduct internal and external security investigations, ensuring timely, thorough, and well-documented resolutions.
- Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor security plans in partnership with Contract Security providers to safeguard facilities, access points, and employee work environments.
- People Management: Foster a positive employee experience through effective leadership, coaching, performance management, and professional development of team members.
WHAT WE’RE SEEKING:

- Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 8+ years of progressive experience working in threat and vulnerability management, crisis management, risk compliance, identity/access management, or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
- Leadership: 2 years’ experience in a position of leadership to include team development and management, required.
- Preferred Background: Prior law enforcement experience or significant Corp security experience.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communicator and presenter with expert-level verbal and written skills.
- Project Management: Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding environment.
- Professionalism: High degree of professionalism, decision-making ability, judgment, tact, discretion, poise, instinct, and diplomacy.
- Strategic Thinking: Creative and strategic thinker with strong organizational, time-management, and planning skills.
- Team Collaboration: Team player who works well with others in a dynamic, demanding environment.
