Summary:
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating the deployment of artificial intelligence workflows and architectures across a variety of technology platforms. This role requires facilitating the design of solutions that seamlessly integrate with enterprise technology ecosystems, ensuring compatibility with multiple artificial intelligence models and providers. The position demands active engagement with diverse teams to align deployment strategies and optimize the integration process, fostering a collaborative environment that supports innovation and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of deployment activities to ensure timely and effective implementation of AI workflows.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration processes and deployment strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration, Agile Project Management, Agile Requirement Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Project Management, Agile Requirement Management.
- Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence system architectures and their deployment methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable workflows that integrate with multiple AI platforms.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration challenges within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with cross-platform technology ecosystems and multi-provider AI model integration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
