Summary:
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating the deployment of artificial intelligence workflows and architectures across a variety of technology platforms. This role requires facilitating the design of solutions that seamlessly integrate with enterprise technology stacks, ensuring compatibility with multiple artificial intelligence models and providers. The position demands active engagement with diverse teams to align deployment strategies and optimize the integration process within complex technological ecosystems, fostering innovation and operational efficiency throughout the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices for artificial intelligence workflow deployment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of AI integration with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration, Agile Project Management, Agile Requirement Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Project Management, Agile Requirement Management.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence system architectures and their deployment processes.
- Experience in integrating AI models with multi-provider platforms and enterprise technology stacks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges in AI workflows.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
