Position Overview: This position supports the anticipated U.S. Marine Corps Program Office Support effort at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA as an Acquisition Program Analyst. Acquisition Program Analysts are embedded in the product and support teams of a Marine Corps command and control program office, delivering acquisition analysis and documentation to one product standard across the portfolio. Job Type: Full-time/Exempt

Location: MCB Quantico, VA

Anticipated Start Date: December 2026, contingent upon contract award.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform program management analysis across cost, schedule, performance, and risk for an assigned Government team
• Develop acquisition documentation and perform technical editing to Department of War, Navy, and Marine Corps standards
• Maintain configuration control of program documents on the program SharePoint site
• Support Project Officers and Program Analysts day to day, including funding obligation support, spend plan management, and Integrated Program Management Plan execution
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams and support the team battle rhythm, with continuous cross-team interaction focused on portfolio priorities

Requirements

Position Requirements:

• Eight (8) years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Program Management Advanced (or equivalent)
• Active SECRET security clearance required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience inside a Scaled Agile (SAFe) portfolio or Agile Release Train environment
• Marine Corps or Navy program office experience

United States of America: $85,000 USD – $110,000 USD
