Description
AMSG is seeking a highly qualified Senior Acquisition Program Analyst to provide comprehensive acquisition and program management support to the U.S. Marine Corps PM MAGTF C2 Office. This position supports the full acquisition life cycle and includes responsibilities spanning acquisition strategy, financial and cost management, program execution, business operations, and related management activities. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
- Review acquisition, procurement, sustainment, and official correspondence documents, including APs, ASs, SOWs, PWSs, task books, CDRLs, and Government taskers, for compliance with Federal, OSD, DON, and MCSC policies; identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions, revisions, and process improvements.
- Develop, update, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), program schedules, dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance metrics using Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint to support program execution, baseline management, and quarterly status reporting.
- Draft, revise, review, and coordinate program documentation and leadership products, including milestone packages, Acquisition Annual Value Assessments, PMRs, Information Briefs, Decision Briefs, executive presentations, and weekly status reports.
- Review acquisition and program documentation for accuracy, completeness, grammar, punctuation, formatting, and acronym compliance prior to release.
- Attend PM MAGTF C2 meetings, working groups, and reviews; prepare meeting minutes, track action items, monitor resolution status, and maintain records of assigned actions.
- Draft and coordinate executive-level briefings, correspondence, and decision-support materials for senior Government leadership and external stakeholders.
- Provide program management support for planning, audits, assessments, and evaluations of ongoing projects, including recommendations related to acquisition policy, regulatory compliance, and business processes.
- Maintain configuration management and version control of portfolio-level Capability Roadmaps, IMSs, dashboards, system configuration documentation, and SharePoint repositories.
- Support portfolio transition to SAFe Agile operations by developing, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business process documentation in coordination with Government personnel.
- Manage and respond to Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) taskings; prepare and route documents for review and signature; support development, review, and modification of program and portfolio presentations.
