This is an exciting opportunity for a facilities management professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring operational excellence across maintenance, compliance, contractor management, financial performance and stakeholder engagement.

As a trusted advisor to our client, you will play a critical role in delivering safe, compliant and efficient facilities while driving continuous improvement and exceptional customer outcomes.

Support a nationally significant WOAG account and gain exposure to a complex and diverse property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of client properties across the WOAG account.
• Act as the primary point of contact for reactive maintenance issues and critical incidents.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with service level agreements and statutory requirements.
• Conduct property inspections, audits and compliance assessments, including NABERS-related activities.
• Develop and maintain asset lifecycle plans and asset registers.
• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programs.
• Manage operational budgets, maintenance expenditure, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Approve and reconcile invoices and ensure financial controls are maintained.
• Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations and key performance indicators.
• Support business continuity planning, crisis management and incident response activities.
• Drive innovation, process improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain accurate systems, records and reporting.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with all workplace health, safety and environmental requirements.

What You'll Bring

Essential Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Facilities Management, Property Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance, compliance and contractor management.
• Experience managing budgets, maintenance expenditure and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across a diverse property portfolio.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a broader team environment.
• Strong understanding of compliance, risk management and workplace safety requirements.
• Proven track record of achieving service delivery and KPI outcomes.

Desirable

• Experience working within government or highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of NABERS, asset management and lifecycle planning.
• Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Building Services or a related discipline.
