Sua nova função:

Esta pessoa irá Planejar, coordenar e executar transmissões ao vivo e gravadas (TV linear, streaming e plataformas digitais), garantindo qualidade editorial, operacional e comercial.

Responsabilidades da função:

• Planejar o detalhamento das transmissões; montar, atualizar e distribuir o espelho de transmissão, definindo blocos, entradas de VT, participações, quadros, ações de marca, chamadas e integrações com digital.
• Articular com  técnica, Comercial, Marketing, Digital e parceiros externos para alinhar necessidades, horários, janelas e fluxos.
• Atuar como ponto focal entre direção de TV, operação técnica, master, estúdio, talentos e equipe de digital/social.
• Durante o ao vivo, ajustar o espelho em tempo real, de acordo com o andamento do jogo/evento.
• Controlar o tempo de blocos, entradas e saídas de VT, uso de GC, estatísticas, chamadas e quadros especiais.
• Solicitar e acompanhar a produção de artes, GC, vinhetas, trilhas, bumpers, layouts de estatísticas e demais elementos gráficos necessários.
• Coordenar a execução dessas entregas no ar, verificando texto, tempo de tela, posição no bloco, identidade visual e adequação à linha editorial.
• Sugerir formatos de ativações que equilibrem qualidade editorial, experiência da audiência e resultado comercial.
• Assegurar que a linguagem, o tom e o formato das transmissões estejam alinhados à estratégia da marca e às características de cada plataforma (TV, streaming, YouTube, redes sociais).
• Garantir o cumprimento de diretrizes de direitos de transmissão, uso de imagem, política das ligas/federações e normas internas da empresa.
• Consolidar relatórios qualitativos e, quando aplicável, quantitativos (execução de entregas, problemas técnicos, feedback de audiência e repercussão digital).

Qualificações e experiência:

• Graduação em áreas correlatas.
• Experiência em produção e coordenação de transmissões ao vivo, preferencialmente no universo esportivo.
• Conhecimento de fluxo de TV e streaming: master, ingest, grade, breaks, GC, estúdio, links, retornos, etc.
• Familiaridade com ferramentas de espelho/rundown, planilhas e apresentações (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides ou similares).
• Noções básicas de métricas de audiência e consumo em plataformas digitais.
• Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de briefings comerciais e orientações de ligas/federações.
