Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, provides locally managed and collaborative wealth management solutions, including a broad array of planning and advisory services, investment management, trust and estate planning, brokerage and investment services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients through multiple integrated businesses.
We are seeking driven and high-performing college students with an interest in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience, professional mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, collaborative project work, volunteer opportunities, and valuable networking experiences. Internship opportunities are available across a variety of Wealth Management departments, including:
Trust and Estate Services – Explore how wealth is preserved and transferred through estate planning, trust administration, and legacy management solutions. Support customer compliance, due diligence, and Middle Office operations by providing general support to all aspects of trust administration and operations.

- High-performing interns may be considered for continued employment opportunities with Bryn Mawr Trust/WSFS Bank upon successful completion of the program.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A business-related or related college major is preferred.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
- Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
- Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
- Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
- Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication is required.
- Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range:
$18.00 - $21.00 Per HourIndividual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
