Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Associate include:
• Assist clients by providing information, answering questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience via email, messenger, or phone call
• Communicate with individuals in a professional, compassionate, and empathetic manner
• Maintain accurate records and update client information within company systems
• Work closely with team members to support client needs and follow up on inquiries

Qualifications for the Entry Level Customer Service Associate include:

Compensation for the Entry Level Customer Service Associate:
• Salary Range: $20-$23 per hour
