This opportunity is ideal for someone who is professional, dependable, and comfortable working with clients in a remote environment. You will assist customers with questions, provide information about available products and services, and help ensure they receive a positive overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers by providing clear and accurate product and service information
Respond to questions regarding coverage and available options
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of company products and services
Review client information and help identify suitable available options
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Complete follow-up and maintain accurate customer records
Provide professional and reliable support throughout the client experience
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport and communicate confidently with clients
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive, professional, and dependable attitude
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
