YOUR responsibilities as a Quality & Food Safety Specialist will include (but not limited to):
- Be the voice of the consumer and drive initiatives that enhance consumer satisfaction and product quality.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance.
- Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis and transform insights into improvement actions.
- Lead and contribute to projects that strengthen consumer trust and deliver operational excellence.
- Foster a strong quality culture by promoting continuous improvement and consumer-centric thinking across the organization.
About You
We are looking for a Quality & Food Safety Specialist with the following profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science & Technology, Food Engineering, Food Safety, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, or a related field (nice to have)
- 1 year of experience in FMCG is a plus
- Advanced English proficiency
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proactive and results-driven
- Independent, able to navigate ambiguity
