At Snappy, we're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who brings positive energy, great communication skills, and a genuine desire to help people.
We're a growing, locally owned electrical, plumbing, heating & air company, and our customer service team is the heartbeat of our operation. We're not looking for someone to just answer phones. We want someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and helps keep our customers and technicians moving!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Answer incoming calls and deliver an awesome customer experience
- Schedule service appointments for our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical teams
- Help coordinate dispatching and keep technicians productive
- Communicate with customers about appointment updates
- Make outbound calls for maintenance scheduling, membership renewals, and customer care
- Keep customer records accurate and organized
- Work closely with dispatch, technicians, and management to keep the day running smoothly
Some days are busy, some days are crazy. We work together, have fun, and get it done!
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- POSITIVE ATTITUDE! We can teach systems, but we can't teach someone to care.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking
- Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical customer service is a BIG PLUS!
- ServiceTitan experience? Even better!
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
