This role drives new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and efficient new customer acquisition cost (nCAC) through performance-driven media investments and strategic partnerships.

The role oversees podcast sponsorships, host-read advertising, and long-term show partnerships, as well as newsletter sponsorships, dedicated sends, and placements across third-party publications. Responsibilities span partner selection, media buying, negotiation, budget planning, forecasting, performance measurement, and ongoing optimization.

Success requires demonstrated hands-on experience managing both podcast and newsletter programs, with the ability to identify high-value partnerships, negotiate favorable terms, and deliver measurable returns across both channels.

This role collaborates closely with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, and external partners to maximize channel performance and ensure alignment with Momentous' brand positioning and growth objectives. The position reports to the Director of Growth Marketing.

  • Identify and prioritize investment opportunities across both channels to maximize performance and return on spend.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth while maintaining target nCAC.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Track and analyze reach, engagement, conversions, new customer acquisition, nCAC, and ROI across podcast and newsletter placements.
  • Leverage promotional codes, vanity URLs, customer surveys, and attribution data to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations, scaling high-performing partnerships and optimizing or discontinuing underperforming placements.

Budget & Partner Management
