About the Role:

The Brand & Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for building and protecting the reputation of both P&G’s brands and its corporate reputation in Korea. This is a dual-scope role split between Brand Communications and Corporate Communications.

In brand communications, you will be part of the multifunctional brand team, leading end-to-end PR strategy, execution and advocacy that shapes external perception of our brands and advances brand building objectives. In corporate communications, you will drive corporate reputation, internal communications and employee engagement, and CSR and sustainability programs.

Reporting to the APAC Communications Senior Director, this role is instrumental in driving sustainable business growth and creating a strong workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include:

Brand Communications

• Design and deliver end-to-end PR , influencer and communications strategy as an integral part of brand building, working within the multifunctional brand team
• Partner with PR and digital agencies to develop and implement holistic digital and traditional PR programs that achieve brand building objectives
• Design and execute digital and social influencer  programs on platforms such as Naver, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
• Own brand relationships with media, brand ambassadors, social influencers, industry bodies and other business partners
• Develop and lead brand communication plans and initiatives, including media relations, social media and events
• Lead sustainability programs for brands

Corporate Communications

• Design and deliver PR strategy across media and digital that supports and strengthens the P&G corporate brand and reputation
• Manage corporate media
• Lead internal communications and employee engagement activities that build a strong workplace culture
• Develop external connections and credentialing plans with key stakeholders
• Lead Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability programs
• Lead Public Affairs Councils to navigate and influence internally and externally

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in communications and/or public affairs, either agency or in-house, covering both brand and corporate communications, including communication planning and execution, issue management and advocacy
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Highly proficient in both Korean and English
• Background in consumer brands or the retail industry preferred; understanding of SEO, SEM and GEO is a plus
• Advanced communications and storytelling capability that is creative and innovative
• Proven social media and digital platform management capability
• Crisis and issues management expertise and experience
