For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 3 years of experience as a HR Application Support Analyst
- Ability to provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support, including issue triage, resolution, and escalation following documented procedures and KPI tracking.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (Oracle Cloud HCM)
- Familiarity with HR processes and workflows, particularly in recruitment and talent management, to effectively interpret and resolve end-user issues.
- Proficiency in data extraction, analysis, and presentation, with a structured approach to reporting in collaboration with cross-functional support teams.
- Strong organizational and administrative mindset, with the ability to manage support tickets, follow procedures consistently, and communicate clearly across stakeholders.
- Fluency in French (B2) and English (B2)
- Availability for hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Porto
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
