Job Summary:
Alluvionic is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Program Coordinator position to support the National Science Foundation (NSF), Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships (TIP) Directorate, Logistics and Operational Support contract.
Must be US Citizen

Location: Alexandria, VA (On-Site/Telework)
Position: *Contingent Upon Contract Award*
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support for meetings, proposal review panels, and events
- Coordinates event venues, lodging arrangements, and catering services
- Supports event scheduling, budgeting, and planning processes
- Develops event promotional materials, program, agenda, website, invitations, and other event materials
- Coordinates with hotel/travel vendors, attendees, and speakers
- Provides financial management and reporting for events
- Develops and maintains a database to track event invitees and acceptances and to generate participant lists
- Provides on-site logistics for conducting events
- Tracks event participation and provide post-event support
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum/General Experience: 2 years of experience
- Administrative Experience with Meeting / Panel / Event Execution and Support
