Location: Yankton, SD
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $110,000–$135,000/year

In this role, you'll:
- Lead transportation design projects from planning through final design.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and fee proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development efforts.
- Review engineering designs, plans, and technical documents for quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate project schedules and oversee engineering staff.
- Ensure projects meet client expectations, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to successful project delivery.
We're looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain South Dakota licensure.
- 5–10 years of transportation design experience.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with MicroStation and OpenRoads.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license.
