Your Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to identify learning needs and capability gaps across the business.
- Design, develop and maintain engaging learning solutions, including digital and blended learning content.
- Deliver and coordinate learning programmes, workshops and development initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Support leadership development through coaching, mentoring and career development activities.
- Manage learning administration, including the Learning Management System (LMS), programme scheduling and learning records.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness, analyse participation and feedback, and continuously improve learning solutions and processes.
- Experience in Learning & Development, training coordination and talent development.
- Knowledge of learning needs analysis, instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Experience designing and delivering blended and digital learning solutions.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and support coaching and mentoring initiatives.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft 365 and digital authoring tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.
