What are we looking for
The position is an individual contributor role in the Talent Development and Learning’s - Global Facilitation team. This position report to the AVP Talent Development & Learning, India. The role is a part of the Global Human Resources team. The Senior Associate is responsible for new hire onboarding curricula and Professional Skills trainings, supporting sessions and administration related activities for smooth training execution in classroom and virtually.
In this role,
The Senior Associate will primarily be responsible for leading new hire orientation training and professional skills training programs along with supporting other training planning and execution.
As a secondary responsibility the incumbent will be responsible for being a part of the projects handled by the Facilitation team and contributing with valuable inputs.
What you will be responsible for
Master and deliver New Hire curriculums and other offerings under professional skill portfolio.
Deliver both traditional classroom training and facilitate virtual training sessions.
Identify and implement process enhancements.
Embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the role.
Display a culture of individual ownership of tasks.
Ensure that the highest level of the Code of Conduct is displayed in behavior.
Set and maintain high standards within team as per management expectations.
Support the ‘Risk Excellence’ culture within the business.
Actively participate in appraisal process by completing a self-evaluation and suggesting appropriate development.
Take responsibility for Self-development in alignment to the team's goal.
Preferred Qualifications and skills
3 to 5 years of experience working in training delivery (New hire orientations, Professional skills training)
Excellent written & verbal communication
Client / customer servicing & stakeholder management
Working in a virtual environment & team
Playing point for all training related query management activities
Agile/dynamic & ability to learn new systems & technology
Reporting & analytical skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills including pilot356 and other AI tools.
Good to have attributes / skills
Worked in global organizations / process or has financial acumen
Working in a virtual team / environment
Savvy on various training technology & systems (includes Learning Management System (LMS) like Cornerstone, PeopleSoft, Saba, etc., office applications) and LXP’s
Significant knowledge / experience training using live training platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams meeting, etc.
