Job Requirements:
Completed degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
Monitor physical inventory, control stock movements, and prepare inventory reports
Issue and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers
Coordinate and track import and export operations, including logistics documentation
Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely and accurate deliver of goods
Maintain accurate records in ERP
Maintain organized physical and digital records of all logistics and financial documentation
Qualifications/ Experience:
Experience in warehouse operations. The ability to speak English or Portuguese will be considered a plus.
Strong skills in using computers and systems, good communication abilities to interact with different people and companies, and agility in handling daily routines are required.
Availability to work on-site, Monday to Friday, during regular business hours is mandatory. Location: Lomas de Zamora.
